Owner History

 The owner and General Manager, Charles Defreitas has over 27 years

experience as a Builder.  His reputation is built on the superior

quality of his craft and workmanship.  His expertise also extends to all

areas of construction from frame to finish.  Including Electrical, Plumbing,

Framing, Roofing, Siding, Foundations, Decks, Porches and much more. 

Co-Owner and Project Designer, Maggie Defreitas has been working side by side

with Charles and his team for over 13 years.   As  Design Consultant, Maggie

leads the creative team on every project.

Both Charles and Maggie are very dedicated to quality.   their old fashion

work ethic is reflected in every project they undertake.
